New Online Educational Tool for Homebuyers Released
AVONDALE, AZ June 3, 2009 -- The National Association of Exclusive Buyer Agents is excited to announce the launch of its new website for consumers at http://www.naeba.org.
The site provides information on the home buying process including:
· Hiring the right real estate agent
· Questions to ask a real estate professional
· Understanding credit and mortgage financing
· Making sense of property taxes
· Relocating
· Knowing the differences between buying a first home to moving up or buying a vacation or retirement home
The site contains a Search function so that information is right at the consumer’s fingertips. In addition, the site contains a blog where up-to-date information will be released.
“Today’s buyers are more cautious and are looking for ways to ensure they are making the right decision when buying real estate,” according to John Sullivan, President of the National Association of Exclusive Buyer Agents. “We are pleased that we at NAEBA are able to provide another tool for home buyers to use during their decision-making process.”
The National Association of Exclusive Buyer Agents was founded in 1995 to help consumers become educated home buyers.
