Service Affiliate Membership Application

Service Affiliates are businesses and employees of those businesses who promote and/or sells products or services to association members, or one whose firm is closely related with the real estate industry, but whose firm and who individually are not actively engaged in real estate brokerage activities. $400 per membership year.

Affiliate Members may serve on NAEBA committees and may attend sessions at NAEBA Conventions, Mid-Year Meetings, and other NAEBA-sponsored events except where specifically noted in NAEBA Programs. Except for NAEBA Committees, Affiliate members shall not vote in NAEBA matters. When an Affiliate member advertises, the words "Affiliate member" will be displayed.

I understand that membership may be denied by NAEBA now or in the future if NAEBA's Membership Committee and/or Board of Directors determine that applicant does not meet eligibility requirements. I certify that I have been made aware of and understand the application qualifications for Service Provider Affiliate membership. My representations in this application and other representations made in connection with this application are true and correct. Any misrepresentation or determination that I do not meet the eligibility requirements for membership are grounds for denial or disqualification as a member of NAEBA. I agree to inform NAEBA of any change that would cause a change in my status as a member. I agree to inform NAEBA if I become affiliated with economic entities in contravention of NAEBA's governing documents. I agree to allow NAEBA to make an investigation into the statements and qualifications as set forth in this application and agree to provide any additional information as requested by NAEBA. I authorize any third persons, including their controlling brokers or agencies, to provide information to NAEBA pertinent to this application. I acknowledge that I may view a copy of NAEBA's Constitution and governing documents through the Internet web page address, www.naeba.org, and that I will receive, upon approval of the application, a copy of these documents. I agree to review the terms of these documents and will inform NAEBA of any provisions that I cannot comply with or that conflict with my qualifications as a member.

I acknowledge that neither the application nor the acceptance of membership creates a contract of any kind between NAEBA and myself, and that NAEBA is free to change their governing documents. Dues are non-refundable.
