NAEBA Referral Service
NAEBA Referral Service, Inc., NRSI (a wholly owned subsidiary of NAEBA) carefully screens all consumer leads generated on our consumer website. A member of the NAEBA Referral Service Inc. Team explains to the consumer the value of working with an
Exclusive Buyer Agent. These leads are then matched with NAEBA Members on a geographic basis. Upon completion of any successful transaction that stems from a NAEBA referral, NAEBA Members received a 8% discount on the referral fee back to NRSI.

CEBA® & CEBA-M® - Certified Exclusive Buyer Agent®
After establishing yourself as an EBA and NAEBA member, you can distinguish yourself as a Certified Exclusive Buyer Agent. The CEBA designation is the hallmark of achievement, awarded
to NAEBA members who complete a certification program comprised of three parts: expertise, education and testing. In each category, applicants must complete a specific number of points or hours. The CEBA mark of excellence is the only industry designation

NAEBA holds an Annual Educational Conference rotating locations across the country. Let's Tell Our Story 2020 took place at the The Saguaro Hotel in Scottsdale, AZ and celebrated our 25th Anniversary.
NAEBA offers Members ONLY webinars each quarter at no charge! These 60-minute platforms will feature both industry
and non-industry speakers on topics including but not limited to: marketing tools and strategies; communications and relationship-building; lead generation and sales techniques; technology and the real estate industry; motivational sessions with strategic
takeaways and practice management.

Listen Up Home Buyer’s - The only podcast offering advice & tips from true buyer agents. NAEBA
members are invited to be a featured guest on NAEBA’s podcast, Listen Up Home Buyer’s. Each 20-30 minute podcast features advice and tips about the home buying process, market conditions, and NAEBA members personal experiences. The
podcasts will be offered on the NAEBA website and fully available to members to use on their websites, blogs, and social media platforms. Our host and producer, Victoria Ray Henderson is an Associate Broker with Buyer's Edge in Bethesda Maryland.
NAEBA News, our monthly newsletter keeps members, in touch with association news and topics that impact you and your clients. The newsletter welcomes new members and spotlights current members
in the media. Our newest feature called "CLOSED THE LEAD" congratulates and acknowledges all NAEBA Members within the past 30 days who closed a NAEBA Referral. This list continues to grow as our consumer website traffic grows!

Stay connected to your peers with NAEBA's Member Facebook Group. Members exchange ideas, solve problems, share stories, ask for advice and discuss trends. You will never be without guidance or support, as members are there to help answer your questions

Each year, NAEBA will feature 6 to 8 NAEBA Members around a common theme. This year, NAEBA's “Profiles in Success” will share the stories of several female members and will describe the paths they took on their way to becoming a
successful Exclusive Buyer Agent. The profiles will be featured in our monthly newsletter and on our social media platforms in an effort to promote the EBA career path!

Members receive access to our NAEBA Members Resource Library which is full of practice management resources. Our library contains documents and
resources shared by members to members. If you would like to add a document to this library to share with other NAEBA Members please forward your submission to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once reviewed, we will add your contribution and then send a message to members that a new document has been posted and ready to share!
