NAEBA Referral Service, Inc., NRSI (a wholly owned subsidiary of NAEBA) carefully screens all consumer leads generated on our consumer website. A member of the NAEBA Referral Service Inc. Team explains to the consumer the value of working with an Exclusive Buyer Agent. These leads are then matched with NAEBA Members on a geographic basis. Upon completion of any successful transaction that stems from a NAEBA referral, NAEBA Members received a 10% discount on the referral fee back to NRSI. After establishing yourself as an EBA and NAEBA member, you can distinguish yourself as a Certified Exclusive Buyer Agent. The CEBA designation is the hallmark of achievement, awarded to NAEBA members who complete a certification program comprised of three parts: expertise, education and testing. In each category, applicants must complete a specific number of points or hours. The CEBA mark of excellence is the only industry designation focused on exclusive representation of real estate buyers. Earning this designation will allow you to continue to reinforce to the home buying consumer, your commitment to a superior level of representation and protection.
