NAEBA Referral Service, Inc., NRSI (a wholly owned subsidiary of NAEBA) carefully screens all consumer leads generated on our consumer website. A member of the NAEBA Referral Service Inc. Team explains to the consumer the value of working with an Exclusive Buyer Agent. These leads are then matched with NAEBA Members on a geographic basis. Upon completion of any successful transaction that stems from a NAEBA referral, NAEBA Members received a 8% discount on the referral fee back to NRSI. After establishing yourself as an EBA and NAEBA member, you can distinguish yourself as a Certified Exclusive Buyer Agent. The CEBA designation is the hallmark of achievement, awarded to NAEBA members who complete a certification program comprised of three parts: expertise, education and testing. In each category, applicants must complete a specific number of points or hours. The CEBA mark of excellence is the only industry designation focused on exclusive representation of real estate buyers.
