The Provisional Membership is designed for agents who practice Buyer Agency within a traditional brokerage. This is a two-year membership. At the end of two years, the provisional member agent can become a broker and open their own EBA Brokerage or become an agent of an EBA Brokerage to obtain Full Membership. |

NAEBA’s consumer website (www.naeba.org) explains the benefits of working with an Exclusive Buyer's Agent. We continuously promote that using an Exclusive Buyer Agent provides the consumer the highest level of fiduciary duty, representation and protection because only an EXCLUSIVE Buyer’s Agent can offer true buyer representation, focusing their expertise on the buyer’s needs and concerns.
NAEBA Referral Service
NAEBA Referral Service, Inc., NRSI (a wholly owned subsidiary of NAEBA) carefully screens all consumer leads generated on our consumer website. A member of the NAEBA Referral Service Inc. team explains to the consumer the value of working with an Exclusive Buyer Agent. These leads are then matched with NAEBA Members on a geographic basis. Upon completion of any successful transaction that stems from a NAEBA referral, NAEBA Members received a discount on the referral fee back to NRSI. NAEBA membership can help you build your business!

CEBA® & CEBA-M® - Certified Exclusive Buyer Agent®
After establishing yourself as an EBA and NAEBA member, you can distinguish yourself as a Certified Exclusive Buyer Agent. The CEBA designation is the hallmark of achievement, awarded to NAEBA members who complete a certification program comprised of three parts: expertise, education and testing. In each category, applicants must complete a specific number of points or hours. The CEBA mark of excellence is the only industry designation focused on exclusive representation of real estate buyers.
