PHOENIX, December 18, 2018 — The National Association of Exclusive Buyer Agents (NAEBA), headquartered in Avondale, Arizona, has announced the location of their annual educational conference at the Graduate Hotel in Tempe, AZ for January 2019.
NAEBA’s 24th Annual Conference is a three day long event bringing together NAEBA Members to exchange ideas, learn from each other’s practices, network and explore the newest technology. As a national organization, this conference provides the opportunity for real estate buyer agents and buyer brokers who only represent home buyers to come together to support the belief that providing a fiduciary duty to the buyer is the best way to foster the American dream of home ownership. Attendees will be inspired with talks from:
Gea Elika, Principal Broker, Elika Associates, New York, New York: Gea will present on how communication plays into an agent’s success, providing recommendations for digital and in-person communications.
Andrew Show, Realty Services, Columbus, Ohio: Andrew will walk attendees through an Exclusive Buyer Agent agreement, including critical requirements for success.
Cody Remaklus and Dee Dee Cloud, Remaklus Realty, Reno, Nevada: This duo will share their strategy of Real Estate Counseling, counseling your clients through the home buying journey.
Other speakers include Rich Rosa, Buyers Brokers Only, Haverhill, Massachusetts: Rich will show EBA’s “How to Compete with Business Models of the Future” and Jeffrey “Mr. Tech” Raskin, Scottsdale, Arizona: Jeff will show EBA’s “How to Master RPR, the NAR Member Benefit and How to Create the Ultimate Paperless Office”
“We are thrilled to bring this important national event to our own backyard,” said NAEBA Executive Director, Linda M. Surovick. “It is crucial that our members stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations, and we are honored to have the opportunity to provide the education they need in this three-day conference.”

About National Association of Exclusive Buyer Agents (NAEBA)
The National Association of Exclusive Buyer Agents (NAEBA), organized in 1995, is a not for profit organization of brokers dedicated to representing only buyers of real estate. NAEBA members do not list homes for sale and never represent sellers. This restriction to one side of the real estate transaction avoids conflicts and ensures that the interest of the home buyer is protected at all times from house-hunting and negotiation to inspection, financing and closing.
